Clickhouse Media ("we", "us") is a marketing agency based in Nicosia, Cyprus. This policy explains what personal data we collect through clickhouse.media, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Contact form details. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, what you are trying to achieve, and an indication of your marketing spend.
- Correspondence. If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or engagement.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we are a good fit to work together, and manage the relationship if we do. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision making or profiling.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate, and, where we go on to work together, on the basis of taking steps to enter into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from last contact, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case relevant information is retained for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law.
Who can access it
Your data is accessible to Clickhouse Media staff who handle enquiries. It is stored on secure infrastructure provided by our hosting providers. We do not share it with third parties except where required to operate the site or comply with law.
