Your rights under GDPR
- Access. Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification. Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure. Ask us to delete your data where we have no lawful reason to keep it.
- Restriction. Ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved.
- Objection. Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability. Receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format.
How to exercise them
Email info@clickhouse.media with your request. We respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to your local supervisory authority in the EU.
International transfers
Data is hosted on infrastructure that may be located outside Cyprus. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
