6.1. All materials, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by VESTPROP LIMITED remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client through a separate agreement.
6.2. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials and content provided to us.
6.3. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables as specified in their service agreement.
7.1. Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.
7.2. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions for materials provided to us.
7.3. Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services.
8.1. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details.
8.2. Client data is protected according to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
9.1. VESTPROP LIMITED’s liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
9.2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
9.3. We do not guarantee specific marketing results or outcomes.
10.1. Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
10.2. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered.
10.3. Surviving provisions, including intellectual property rights and confidentiality obligations, remain in effect after termination.
11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
11.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
12.2. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
12.3. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
